A studio recording of Black Out, founded by Hayasaka. The tenor saxophone was changed from Naruyoshi Kikuchi to Tetsuro Kawashima, and Eiichi Hayashi also returned from baritone saxophone to alto saxophone.After four years of activity, the band disbanded, and this was the last album.
